Before contact

Check what is verified and what is not. A phone check is only the floor. It is not proof that a home or job is safe.

Video call. Verify the address. Keep your passport. Agree the hours, room, pay, insurance and notice in writing.

Log the hours actually worked. If the agreed week changes, record the change and make sure both sides can see it.
